Logging In
Your training starts by logging into the National Church Residences’ Learning Center. We encourage you to log-on to The Learning Portal as a first step in answering any questions that you may have in regards to your learning.
For all new users logging into the Learning Center your login ID is your first initial and last name. Your password is "learn". You will be prompted to change your password after logging in. If you log in and your name does not appear please contact ncru@nationalchurchresidences.org as you might share initials with another employee. Upon logging in for the first time you will be forced to change your password.
For your convenience a Learning Center user guide is provided on the home page of the learning portal.
The guide will provide instruction on how access and launch training courses, student transcripts and certificates.

We value your time and will do everything possible to respond to your request as quickly as possible. Please be sure to include your full name when submitting your support request. If you are submitting a request for someone other than yourself please include their full name as well.
What is my Learning Center password?
If you have never logged into the system before your user ID is your first initial and last name.
Your initial password is: learn
Once you have logged in you will be immediately prompted to change your password to something personal.
If you have logged in before but cannot remember your password please contact the NCRU at ncru@nationalchurchresidences.org.
Where are my online courses located?
I can't launch a course, why?
If you have clicked the start module/begin course link but nothing happens, you may have your pop-up blocker enabled. All pop-up blockers must be disabled to launch a Learning Center Course. This includes your Windows pop-up blocker, and your Yahoo and/or Google tool bar pop-up blockers.
I did not receive credit for an online module I completed, why?
When taking an online course please follow the modules instructions to properly close the training module. Failure to follow instructions could result in not receiving credit for training. Contact university support to review course completions.
When I login I see another user's student profile
When you login type your your first initial and last name in the ID field not your property email address. If you are using your first initial and last name but still find you have accessed another user's student profile contact the university at ncru@nationalchurchresidences.org.
